Lunch & Learn: PMO as Portfolio Benefits Realization Governance Center
We will start the session with definitions of typical project portfolio value, benefits, and business cases.
Then the discussion will address different types of KPIs to address benefits with PROS and CONS of using them with portfolio of projects.
At the end of the presentation, we will discuss potential role of organization’s PMO in providing governance of benefits realization.
Content is based on practical engagement for one of the customers.
