Introduction
I am Mária Gintl-Reszegi, PMI-PBA, business analyst trainer, consultant, facilitator, author of the first Hungarian-
language business analyst literature, the book A jól tunolt business analyst, and the main organizer of the first Hungarian-language business analyst conference, BA BRIDGE.
My job is basically like that of a sound engineer. I help to tune the potentiometers of the business analysts' operation.
With more than 20 years of business analysis experience behind me, my passion and primary activity is to develop and mentor business analysts.
In my trainings, I impart practices that I draw from my own business analysis operations that participants can use the very next day, enabling them to successfully create alignment in project situations.
I support business analysts who have the goal and intrinsic motivation to execute their workplace projects with as much success and as little conflict as possible, thereby creating value for the organization.
