Lenka Pincot
Chief of Staff to the PMI CEO
Lenka leads the Transformation Management Office and Enterprise Program Management Office and represents PMI on the Agile Alliance Board of Directors. She drives strategic change initiatives in close collaboration with the CEO, executive leadership, and the Board, aligning strategy with operational delivery. Lenka holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science and Software Engineering, completed executive programs at IMD, and holds multiple PMI certifications, including PMP, PfMP, and PMI-ACP.

With over 15 years of experience leading complex initiatives across nuclear energy, manufacturing, infrastructure, and capital-intensive industries, his focus is simple: ensuring that investments, programs, and projects translate into measurable strategic value. At Canadian Nuclear Laboratories, he operates within the Hydrogen & Tritium Technologies Directorate, where he contributes to the governance and coordinated delivery of strategic research and innovation programs supporting Canada’s clean energy transition.
