Lenka Pincot
Chief of Staff to the PMI CEO
Lenka leads the Transformation Management Office and Enterprise Program Management Office and represents PMI on the Agile Alliance Board of Directors. She drives strategic change initiatives in close collaboration with the CEO, executive leadership, and the Board, aligning strategy with operational delivery. She has extensive international experience in digital and agile transformations across multiple industries and recently led the agile transformation at a major European bank, defining the vision, building a high-performing team, and successfully delivering the roadmap. Lenka holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science and Software Engineering, completed executive programs at IMD, and holds multiple PMI certifications, including PMP, PfMP, and PMI-ACP.
