10-DAY PROJECT MANAGEMENT TRAINING ON IPMA AND PMI BASICS

In addition to a comprehensive theoretical education, our training will also illustrate the difficulties and possible outcomes of the transition to an agile mindset through a real-life case study. Our training lays the foundations for organisational agility - customer-centric thinking, continuous improvement and collaborative working - and provides tools that can be used immediately.
