Lunch & Learn: Stepping Up for Change: Driving Sustainable Success Through Projects

Sustainability is now central to business success, but turning intent into action is where many organizations struggle. Projects are the bridge between strategy and measurable impact. In this session, we’ll show how embedding sustainability into project planning, governance, and execution drives better outcomes, stronger value realization, and lasting client trust. Drawing on PMI’s Project Success research and real-world experience, this is a practical guide for project managers ready to step up and lead change.
