PMI Budapest, Hungarian Chapter General Assembly 2023 - Copy
Dear Member,
I hereby inform you that the Annual General Meeting of the PMI Budapest, Hungarian Chapter (1161 Budapest, Bercsényi utca 72.) will be held on Thursday, 20 April 2023, at 17:00, this year in person. Venue: conference room of Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions Hungary Kft. 1097 Budapest, Tóth Kálmán u. 2.
In accordance with our Articles of Association, if the General Meeting called for 17:00 is not quorate, I will call the reconvened General Meeting at 17:15. The agenda of the resumed General Meeting will be the same as that of the original General Meeting. A quorum of the resumed General Assembly shall be constituted regardless of the number of members present.
Planned agenda:
- Findings of the case
- 2022 Annual Report of the Presidency
- Presentation of the Financial Report 2022 and decision on its adoption
- Presentation of the report of the Audit Committee
- Presentation of the 2022 Public Benefit Report, decision on its adoption
- Announcement of the result of the election of the members of the Audit Committee
- Adoption of the amendment to the Statutes due to change of registered office
- Announcement of the result of the election of the Executive Officer
Only valid PMI Budapest, Hungarian Chapter members may attend and vote at the General Assembly. The PMI central membership database determines membership on the day of the General Assembly.

Cancellations must be received by 5:00 pm, 5 business days before the event and must be sent in writing by email to info@pmi.hu. There will be a 20% administration fee charged for cancellations, subtracted from the refund. Cancellation/refund requests will not be accepted less than 5 business days before the event. However, substitutions are welcome. Please let us know by 12:00 noon the day before the event of the person you wish to substitute by emailing info@pmi.hu.
Photography & Filming: Photographs, audio, and video are sometimes captured during PMI Budapest, Hungarian Chapter events. By registering, attendees hereby grant PMI Budapest, Hungarian Chapter and its representatives permission to photograph and/or record them at events, and distribute (both now and in the future) the attendee's image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities.
