Lunch and Learn: Hopeful Leadership

L&L_feb28.png

Projects define more and more of the organisational context as fast-paced change becomes part of operations. The impact of our projects on the organisational system is more important than ever. It's always hard to bring others on the journey of change with us, but what if it wasn't so? This is where Hopeful leadership can help, it is a theory and technique that can help us engage with all our stakeholders and others and help us as project experts regulate and control our success when dealing with the challenges of projects every day.

Speaker:
Mel Ross, Chief Experience Officer & Founder, LeadIn 4-D, Adapt2Digital

Mel created the modern mindset theory and The Dilyn Way™ framework for humanising change and transformation. She worked with leaders and organisations to develop the mindset of a modern world to embrace change and respond to uncertainty. Much of her time now is spent working as an executive mentor and coach to leaders and leadership teams on subjects such as mental fitness for a modern age, attention management, transformation, and hopeful leadership.

She has become known for her integration of ancient wisdom, neuroscience and emerging technologies into her design and delivery.
