Looking for insights and inspiration? Join PMI Budapest, Hungarian Chapter's 10th Art of Projects Conference on 3rd November 2022. in the Budapest Music Center’s Conference Hall. The last time we met in person was in 2019, during the 7th Art of Projects conference at the Budapest Music Center. The last three years have brought a lot of changes in our lives thanks to the pandemic. The world has been slow to recover from the Covid-19 pandemic and Europe is already facing with new challenges. Many believe we are facing with the decade of threats, which poses serious challenges for everyone, including project; program, and portfolio management professionals. This year will be the 10th Art of Projects Conference with several excellent speakers from USA, Georgia and Hungary. On 3rd November 2022, BMC will once again host the largest international English-language project management conference in Central Europe, with 300 guests expected to attend this year. The day after on 4th November, 2022. We are going to organize the 10th PMI Budapest “Project Manager Master Class”

As organizations reimagine the post-pandemic future, they and their project leaders must embrace new ways of working. Yet not all organizations are faring equally. Amidst such massive change, PMI Pulse of the Profession® research reveals the emergence of what we call gymnastic enterprises: Those that have learned to flex and pivot—wherever and whenever needed—while maintaining structure, form, and governance. Gymnastic enterprises select the very best ways of working from a landscape of possibilities and focus on their people, knowing that organizational performance is a well-choreographed dance of individual performances.
