Art of Projects 2026
At the Art of Projects Conference we will focus this year on the realities large enterprises face when delivering value in an increasingly volatile environment. Under the theme “Delivering Value While Navigating Uncertainty,” we will explore enterprise agility, the evolving role of PMOs, and how governance must adapt without compromising strategic control.
The program will reflect on the latest PMI thought leadership, including the new PMBOK Guide – Eighth Edition, translating global standards into practical insights for large-scale organizations. Through executive keynotes, real-world case studies, and a forward-looking closing panel, we aim to move beyond methodology debates and focus on what truly enables sustainable value delivery at scale.

Registration
You can purchase your ticket by credit card when registering for this event. During the registration process, you will be able to add additional participants and provide the billing details that should appear on your invoice.
If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, please contact us at finance@pmi.hu and include:
- The number of participants
- Whether they are PMI members or non-members
- Their names
- The billing information for the invoice
Your registration will be complete once the participation fee is paid in full and on time.

Cancellations must be received by 5:00 pm, 5 business days before the event and must be sent in writing by email to info@pmi.hu. There will be a 20% administration fee charged for cancellations, subtracted from the refund. Cancellation/refund requests will not be accepted less than 5 business days before the event. However, substitutions are welcome. Please let us know by 12:00 noon the day before the event of the person you wish to substitute by emailing info@pmi.hu.
Photography & Filming: Photographs, audio, and video are sometimes captured during PMI Budapest, Hungarian Chapter events. By registering, attendees hereby grant PMI Budapest, Hungarian Chapter and its representatives permission to photograph and/or record them at events, and distribute (both now and in the future) the attendee's image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities.
