Relocation Use case
Finally, we agreed on Relocation! This is something we all may have done in our work or private lives. Some of us may be relocating soon, so it is surely a timely subject. It involves Infrastructure, Logistics, IT, Communication, Stake Holder Management, good nervous system and virtually all aspects of Project Management and Learning.
We will be approaching the subject through the lenses (viewpoint) of three different personas.
- A Project Manager who has delivered such projects within his company, so in-house;
- A representative of a company which specializes in relocation as a key element of their portfolio;
- An End-user, a member of staff who is the focal point of relocation.
These personas have different perspectives, challenges, expectations, and success criteria. Let us use these different perspectives to learn in order to make our future projects more successful, especially where there are so many divergent perspectives.

The Cycle of Learning and Development
Some decide what they want to be in high school. Others choose a university or start working by chance or based on the opportunities that arise. Some people consciously prepare for a career, and some people are pushed there by life. There are also those who want to switch on the go. Whatever the reason or the situation, Bosch helps you find your goal, prepare for challenges, and provides continuous learning and development opportunities for its employees.
During the session you’ll get an insight into the complex and comprehensive education and development structure of Bosch as well as you’ll have the opportunity to provide feedback or ask questions.
We will cover the following topics:
- Middle-school and University students' support, trainee & PhD program
- New employee orientation and development (associates, leaders, project managers)
- What it takes to become an expert or specialist
- Back to university - as a lecturer this time

Bridging Roles and Generations: PM - BA Collaboration and the Rise of Gen Z Project Managers
In today’s fast-paced project environments, the roles of Project Managers (PMs) and Business Analysts (BAs) are essential but often overlap, leading to ambiguity and friction. Understanding the distinct contributions of each role — and learning how they can work in synergy — is key to driving project success. This session will dive into the interplay between PMs and BAs, exploring their unique responsibilities, opportunities for collaboration, and how these dynamics affect overall project outcomes.
But that’s not all — we’ll also take a closer look at the emerging generation of Project Managers. As Gen Z professionals step into these critical roles, how do they navigate the challenges of managing increasingly complex, multigenerational teams? We’ll explore the fresh perspectives they bring, the hurdles they face, and how they can thrive in a world shaped by rapid change.
Join us for an engaging and interactive panel discussion as we unpack these challenges, reveal paths to clarity, and discuss strategies to foster collaboration and navigate generational dynamics. Whether you're a seasoned expert or up-and-coming talent, this session promises insights to help your team drive both efficiency and innovation.
