Lunch & Learn: COVID-19: stressz a Home Office-ban
Ezúttal két olyan egyetemi kutatás eredményeit mutatjuk be, amely a COVID-19 pandémia alatti tartós otthoni munkavégzés hatásait vizsgálta a dolgozókra és a csapatokra nézve. A BME munka- és szervezetpszichológia mesterszakos hallgatóiból álló kutatócsoport egy 808 fős mintán vizsgálta meg, milyen pszichés és társas következményekkel járt a tartósan Home Office-ban zajló munkavégzés a pandémia alatt, míg a Budapesti Corvinus Egyetem TDK kutatása egy vállalati példán keresztül mutatja be, hogyan alakult a tartós home-office hatására a projekttagok teljesítménye és mentálhigiénés állapota.

There will be a 20% administration fee charged for cancellations, subtracted from the refund. Cancellation/refund requests will not be accepted less than 5 business days before the event.
