What is behind mentoring?

PMI Budapest connects mentees who need specific knowledge or experience with mentors who have it. It is an informal way of creating professional relationships, facilitating the development of relationships outside the formal organizational boundaries. In this podcast we are showing how a succesful mentoring can look like. Gyula (former mentor) and Adrienn (former mentee) are sharing their mentoring experience.
