COVID19: A Call for Project Management Maturity Assessment

The COVID 19 pandemic is challenging our Organizations and our businesses in ways many of us had not planned for and requires a short-term and long-term response to protect both and to give both future effectiveness and success.
As organizations start to return to a new normal, and in confronting an ongoing confluence of internal and externally-based challenges, most organizations have a major challenge now to improve its performance and review its actions and practices. Often, this happens when executive management decides to take proactive action; but the question is: action in what direction and to what end?
This webinar is intended to understand an overview of the Project Management Maturity Assessment methodology and learn how to customize it for each Organization and each project It will give an insight to Participants to evaluate the effectiveness of its current project management (PM) practices (its project management maturity level), define its strengths and weakness and continually improve these practices. Each attendee (e.g. project manager, member of the project management office, project sponsor, functional manager, executive management and individual interested in performance improvement) will get the proper tools to achieve his goals. The attendees will acquire new information to help make their organizations and projects more efficient.
Learning Objectives:
1. Become familiar with the Project Management Maturity Assessment (models and methodologies).
2. Understand objective appraisal and better understanding of the strengths and weaknesses within project management practices for your organization.
3. Use tools for appraisal and improvement of project management practices.
4. Present diagnostics that help your organization to understand the constraining factors that are inhibiting to perform better.
5. Increase effectiveness and Save time on your project.

Cancellations must be received by 5:00 pm, 5 business days before the event and must be sent in writing by email to info@pmi.hu. There will be a 20% administration fee charged for cancellations, subtracted from the refund. Cancellation/refund requests will not be accepted less than 5 business days before the event. However, substitutions are welcome. Please let us know by 12:00 noon the day before the event of the person you wish to substitute by emailing info@pmi.hu.
