RMC Webinars: Increase Project Value through Stakeholder Mentoring
RMC’s Project Management Knowledge and Skills Series
Breaking Down the PMP ECO Domains
What is your stakeholder's stake? Each project stakeholder may hold different interests in, or ideas about, your project. As a project leader, identifying and acting on those interests can improve stakeholder engagement and productivity. Mentoring stakeholders, through the complexities of programs and projects, benefits both the mentor and the mentee. Whether the relationship is Project Manager to a team member, Project Sponsor to a Project Manager, or a Subject Matter Expert to a project leader, sharing knowledge and skills increases employee satisfaction and engagement.
In this webinar we will discuss how to encourage mentoring activities, whether formally or informally, how to set aside time for mentoring and how to identify the best mentor/mentee candidates. Project team members can all benefit from improving mentoring skills and encouraging more opportunities to mentor.
Join us for this FREE 1-hour webinar on Thursday, September 15, 2022.
