Fee and discounts:

Art of Project Conference (November 9th, 2016):

• Fee: 74 900 HUF + VAT / person

• Discounted fee: 66 900 HUF/person +VAT

For Early Birds: Payment before 10th of October
For Group Category 1: At least three (3) participants (for any events) in one order from one company (one invoice)

• Exclusive Registration fee: 59 900 HUF/person +VAT

For PMI Budapest Chapter’s members
For Group Category 2.: At least six (6) participants (for any events) in one order from one company (one invoice)


MasterClass (November 10th, 2016):

• Fee: 59 900 HUF/person +VAT

• Special registration fee: 49 900 HUF/person +VAT

- For Early Birds - payment before 10th of October
- For Group Category 1.: At least three (3) participants (for any events) in one order from one company (one invoice)

• Exclusive Registration fee: 44 900 HUF/person +VAT

- For PMI Budapest Chapter’s members
- For Group Category 2.: At least six (6) participants (for any events) in one order from one company (one invoice)


Confirmation and Payment Process:

In case of online registration, confirmation will be sent to the email address specified during registration.

Please be informed that during the registration process you should accept the terms and conditions of participation.

Once registration is accepted, the payment terms and conditions are as follows:

  1. Confirmation email containing your registration information will be sent. Please note that an online registration is considered as final order.
  2. Once confirmation email received, a prepayment request will be sent based on the data provided during the registration process. Please note that participants have to pay the conference fee within 3 working days from the date of receipt of the prepayment request.
  3. The official final invoice(s) will be sent via email (PDF format) and also via postal mail to the address specified on the registration form.
  4. Together with the final invoice Conference Ticket will also be sent via email.
  5. Please do not forget to bring it with you to the event!

Cancellation Policies:

Refund of the registration fee will be made in case of cancellation received in 5 working days until a.m.12.00 before the conference. After this date as an alternative to cancellation, please consider a transfer of your registration to another person, because the fee for registration must be paid. Telephone or other verbal cancellations cannot be accepted. If registering after the deadline, no waiver is possible. If the registration will make 1 or 2 days before the conference, it can happen that the payment does not arrive to our bank account, so it could be referred to money on the first day after the conference. The online registration is considered to be ordered, so subsequent complaints after the cancellation deadline – including on the conference due to a lack of transfer of absence is - is not acceptable. In this case, the total amount to be paid – if not arrive written cancellation letter for us - as well.
