Paul is a well-known and inspiring presenter of European project management events. He is trainer, coach and consultant at Paul Hodgkins Project Consultancy company: http://www.paulhodgkins.com and fellow of the Association for Project Management, UK.
Earlier he led PM@Siemens program (Siemens global program addressing project business) across the UK and North-West Europe. In 2009, Paul was nominated by ‘Project Magazine’ as one of ten ‘key influencers’ in the UK in relation to the profession of project and program management.

At the conference Paul is delivering a storytelling and personal presentation on what were the 'seven lessons' learned about leadership from aged 17 when he joined Siemens as a 'Youth Training Scheme' Trainee until the time he left Siemens almost thirty years later.
During the presentation, we will learn why Paul feels making the transition from project manager to becoming an effective project leader, is vital in a world where projects are becoming more challenging, uncertain and complex.
